Roger Corbett AM is currently a member of the Board of the Reserve Bank of Australia, a Director of Fairfax Holdings Limited and Wal Mart Stores Inc.
The former Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Woolworths Limited began his career at Grace Brothers in the early 1960s. He quickly rose through the ranks of management to become the company’s youngest full Director. In 1984, Roger accepted an invitation to join the Board of David Jones Australia as Director of Operations. In 1990 he was appointed to the Board of Woolworths Limited and the position of Managing Director of BIG W and was appointed managing Director – Retail in 1997. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer for Woolworths Limited and CEO-elect in 1998 and Chief Executive Officer in 1999. In June 2003, Roger was awarded a member in the Order of Australia (AM) in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for service to the retail industry and to the community.
Andrew Crisp has considerable research and communication experience having worked in a number of branding agencies, as the Employment Correspondent for The European newspaper and Marketing Director for an internet business. Clients have included London Business School (research & revitalising the brand), Citibank (advertising) and Andersen Consulting (award-winning advertising & recruitment marketing). Andrew's research work ranges from focus groups for British universities through to major quantitative studies. He works with EFMD on the annual “Business of Branding” survey. He lives and works in the UK.

Phil Clark is a member of the J P Morgan Advisory Council and was BCA representative on Research Quality Framework Committee. He was Managing Partner and CEO of Minter Ellison, Director and Head of Corporate with ABN Amro Australia, and Managing Partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques. Phil is currently director of ING Management Limited, CRI Asset Management Limited, The Garvan Foundation, St James Ethics Centre and is Executive Chairman of DJ Clark Limited. Phil has Bachelors degrees in Arts and Law from Sydney University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Allison Doorbar is Managing Partner of JWT Education, a division of J Walter Thompson, which provides research, strategic marketing and communications services to clients operating in the education sector. Over the past decade she has worked with many education providers and government bodies in Australia and overseas. These have included more than half of Australia's universities, as well as the Australian, British, American, Canadian and German government education departments and many associated organisations, such as IDP. Ms Doorbar is widely regarded as an expert in her field. -

Simon Longstaff is a philosopher and ethicist whose work focus is mostly in the wider community beyond academe. He has been Executive Director of St James Ethics Centre since 1991. One of the Executive Director’s roles is to encourage the process of integrating ethical considerations into the strategic thinking of the management community. More generally Simon encourages and contributes to the active discussion of ethical questions amongst the widest possible audience. Simon has a B Ed and won scholarships to Cambridge where he read for the degrees of M Phil and PhD.
Kathy Rankin is Senior Policy Adviser, at NSW Business Chamber (formerly Australian Business Ltd). Kathy is responsible for Education & Training and Regional Business Development. Kathy has a background in education and small business. She represents the interests of business on a range of NSW and Australian Government education and employment Taskforces and Committees, is a Board member of Innovation and Business Skills Australia, and is co-chair of the Equity Advisory Taskforce for Vocational and Technical Education.

John Seybolt PhD (Cornell), MBA (Utah), BA (Yale) joined MBS in November 2004 as Dean and Director and holds the Pratt Family Chair of Leadership. He was previously Senior Vice President and Distinguished Professor of Management, Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management in Phoenix, Arizona and prior to that was Dean of the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah. He was also professor of management and adjunct professor of psychology there.

Narelle Hooper is editor of AFR BOSS magazine. Narelle has reported on Australian business and financial markets for more than 15 years. She is a Walkley Journalism Awards finalist, and a former Finance Correspondent with ABC Radio’s AM and PM and presenter of SBS TV’s weekly Business Show. She spent four years in the press gallery in Parliament House Canberra as BRW’s political correspondent. She is currently also studying for her MBA
